Utopia presents Digitalism

+ séa b2b MAMBA & Flashback Force

Utopia returns to Het Depot on for its 9th edition. By now, Utopia has built a solid reputation as a go-to club night, delivering high-energy techno and electro with an unmistakable touch of nostalgia.

Digitalism (dj-set)

Digitalism is what happens when a DIY rave spirit collides with the raw attitude of a rock band. Indie kids fall for their hooks, clubbers melt for their basslines and twenty years after their first track they still bring that restless energy to every set.

It all started in a WWII bunker in Hamburg where they built their early sound brick by brick.

When their genre defining debut Idealism dropped in 2007 the world took notice. Since then Digitalism has toured the globe and gained a massive following through iconic tracks and heavy rotation in games and media.

With absolute dancefloor hits like Pogo, Zdarlight and Idealistic they are the perfect Utopian energy providers. On November 28 expect full throttle euphoria.

séa b2b MAMBA

A first time ever back to back that promises sparks on every beat.

séa, known to many as Valerie Wynants (Studio Brussel's UNTZ, One World Radio), blends soulful vocals with seductive basslines, steady disco grooves and 90s house nostalgia. Her sets radiate warmth, sexiness and bite with the occasional ghetto tech or cosmic disco cut to keep things spicy.

MAMBA, the musical alias of Antwerp based Lola Massoels, takes a more shapeshifting route. Her sets are genre fluid, deeply personal and emotionally rich. From playful to introspective, from house to trance she flows across BPMs and moods with instinctive ease.

Together séa and MAMBA will show you every inch of the dancefloor. Expect a sonic journey full of friction, warmth and surprise.

Flashback Force

No Utopia edition feels complete without Flashback Force, the beloved Belgian triarchy of your host Goldfox, Wiebe Loccufier and Kim Mathijs. Together they bring over sixty years of DJ experience to the booth, shaped by countless clubs, festivals and legendary afterhours.
