General conditions
Before completing the ticket purchase, the buyer explicitly acknowledges having received these general terms and conditions, having taken note of them and accepting them.
Het Depot vzw acts as an organizer for its own concerts and events, as a service provider for ticket sales and as a service provider for event organizers and/or hall hirers.
Terms of sale
- Online, you can buy a maximum of 10 tickets for the same concert/event.
- The ticket prices exclude online transaction fees (2 euros per ticket). You will receive your e-ticket(s) as a PDF in your confirmation email. You can print them or show them on your smartphone. You can also download them in the Ticketmatic App.
- A copy of your payment receipt is included in the confirmation email. Any invoicing can be requested via info@hetdepot.be.
- You can pay for your tickets online with Bancontact, Payconiq, MasterCard, VISA, iDEAL or with a voucher from Het Depot.
- You can also purchase your tickets physically with Bancontact, Payconiq, or with Sodexo Culture Vouchers at Het Depot on concert nights from 8 PM to 11 PM.
- You cannot reserve tickets by e-mail or phone.
- Thanks to the collaboration with UiTPAS Leuven, UiTPAS holders from the Leuven, Bierbeek, Herent and Oud-Heverlee regions can enjoy a discount on ticket prices. We also offer an adjusted rate with the KU Leuven Culture Card.
- Vouchers from Het Depot are valid as a payment method for one year from the date of purchase. The concert for which the voucher is used does not have to fall within that period.
- The voucher does not need to be fully used for a single purchase, but can be divided over multiple purchases at Het Depot.
- Our tickets are available at Het Depot or at our presale points: GigaSwing and Fnac. For tickets to our M-IDZOMER festival, you can also go to M Leuven. The Law of July 30, 2013, explicitly applies to all our sales.
- Lost tickets? Or a question about your tickets? Contact us no later than one business day before the concert via support@hetdepot.be. On concert nights, you can retrieve your tickets at the reception.
- Want to resell your tickets? Do this only via www.ticketswap.be, our reliable and secure partner for offering and selling second-hand tickets. Other platforms, such as Facebook, Bemster, and Viagogo, are not reliable and sell tickets at exorbitant prices. You can find a list of dubious websites here. If you bought tickets through a non-official sales channel and it is a fake ticket, unfortunately, we cannot help you further. As a victim, you can file a complaint via the FOD Economie reporting point.
- In accordance with legal provisions, Het Depot has the option to include your addresses in the Het Depot database. Het Depot takes care of your privacy and adheres to the Belgian privacy law (Law of July 30, 2018 - concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data). - In case of disputes, only the courts of the Leuven district have jurisdiction. Belgian law applies.
- If you have questions about your tickets, you can contact support@hetdepot.be.
Cancellation
- When a concert is postponed or canceled, you will receive an email about it. Note: only the email address you provided when purchasing your tickets will receive this email.
- You can always check our website and Facebook events for the latest updates.
- If a concert is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Can't make it on that new date? Then you are entitled to a voucher for the value of the ticket or a refund.
- Tickets are automatically refunded for concerts that are canceled and not rescheduled.

- Het Depot is a concert venue where everyone should be able to feel safe and welcome. Discrimination, racism and any form of transgressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Het Depot strives to be a representation of society and carries this through in its programming, staff and volunteer policy and the partners Het Depot works with.
- Het Depot values core values such as openness, equality, voluntarism and inclusiveness.
- If you experience a situation as unsafe, uncomfortable or not right, speak to a person wearing a 'Het Depot' T-shirt or call +32 486 15 26 27.

Accessibility
- Het Depot maintains a wheelchair-friendly policy.
- Are you a wheelchair user, have difficulty walking, are visually impaired, or hard of hearing? We are be happy to provide you with an adapted seat. Please discuss your needs with us in advance via support@hetdepot.be. If you have an assistance dog, he/she is, of course, always welcome.
- Do you have a companion pass or a European Disability Card? Contact us via support@hetdepot.be so that both you and your companion can enter smoothly.
- Request a ticket for your companion early. If a concert is sold out, a spot for your companion cannot be guaranteed.
Practical
- Timings and seating arrangements are always subject to possible changes. The time schedules and seating arrangement of a concert are available on Monday of the week the concert takes place. You can find these on the concert page of our website or the Facebook event of the concert. Unless otherwise stated, the doors generally open at 8:00 PM on concert nights.
- Lockers are available for €1 per locker. Note: the locker accepts coins after each use. You can find the lockers in the entrance hall of The Depot as well as near the restrooms.
- Out of concern for our attendees, Het Depot takes as many measures as possible to help prevent hearing damage. The applicable sound standards are strictly enforced and all concertgoers can obtain free earplugs at the reception and the bar of Het Depot.
- Pets are not allowed in Het Depot, with the exception of assistance dogs.
- Het Depot collects all lost items after a concert. Send an email to support@hetdepot.be if you have lost something. Het Depot is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
- Smoking or vaping in Het Depot is strictly prohibited. The police conduct anonymous checks and both the offender and Het Depot can be heavily fined for this.
- There is no minimum age to attend a concert at Het Depot. However, children under 12 are expected to be accompanied by an adult visitor. Children of all ages must purchase tickets.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed under 16 years old. No strong drinks under 18 years old. Moreover, bringing your own drinks is prohibited.
- Possession or use of soft and hard drugs is prohibited. If drug dealing and/or use is detected or suspected, the police will be immediately notified.
