Apart from these suggested restaurants there are plenty of pizzerias, chip shops, kebabs, sandwich shops and sushi-bars around town. There are so many we decided to leave it up to you to judge.

Throughout the city there are a few (smaller) supermarkets where you can find your daily needs. They are closed on Sundays and holidays and are open between 8am and 6:30pm to 7pm:

> Match (Bondgenotenlaan 58, 3000 Leuven): from 8:00 till 19:00 except on Sundays and holidays.
> Denon (Brusselsestraat 31, 3000 Leuven): from 8:30 till 18:30 (Saturday till 18:00) except on Sundays and holidays.

Furthermore there are several specialty shops in town like:

> Rondou (Pensstraat 5, 3000 Leuven) ( (Dutch only): Biological butcher.
> De Walvis (Mechelsestraat 23, 3000 Leuven) ( (Dutch only): Fish shop.
> Elsen (Mechelsestraat 36, 3000 Leuven) ( (Dutch only): Cheese, charcuterie, specialty breads, tapas.

Bakers can be found throughout town.

Of course we have to mention the Belgian Chocolates. There are a few shops but we reccomend the small vendor stall next to The Match supermarket on the Bondgenotenlaan. Definitely worth visiting!

In the vicinity of the venue there is only one nightshop called Sheikh & Sons (Diestsestraat 261, 3000 Leuven). The opening hours are:

> Sun – Thu: 18:00 – 02:00
> Fri & Sat: 18:00 – 04:00
> Closed on Tuesdays

When you go further into the city center, there are some more nightshops but they are further away.

There is an ATM in the underpass of the station. It is opened 24/7. If this one is empty or out of order, you can go to the one at BELFIUS-bank (Bondgenotenlaan 103, 3000 Leuven). This one is opened from 6am till midnight.
